A wonderful place and a great experience. If you ever visit Budapest in winter time, or if you are living here, this is really the must visit place. Especially if you catch a snowy night. The prices are really good (and they allow you to bring your own skates), the rink is huge, the atmosphere is joyful and there are many events you can enjoy or be part of. The rink is located near Heroes Square, close to the subway, in the city park. There's also a castle right beside it, which makes the experience even more awesome.

Had a great time here. Fun vibe, come early to beat the queues. Staff were super helpful. And if you need a break there’s a little kiosk that serves tasty tea.

It is a huge ice rink with stalls all around for drinking and eating. The place has a live dj to make it more fun and it is a very well located Ice rink. We had one of the best hot chocolate ever in one of the stalls. Check out my pics and video to get the vibe of the place.

One of the most amazing place in whole Budapest. In the summer this place offer boating and in the winter the huge ice skating ring is laid here. One of the great attractions for tourism in Budapest and also for locals citizens. Been there quite lots of time although I don’t know skating too much. Good place to hangout with your friends and families in your free time. Tickets are quite moderate and affordable for almost everyone. Worthy place to visit and enjoy your day.

A great ice rink. At evening it is fantastic with the floodlit Vajdahunyadvar at the background. Buy the tickets online before your visit, because there will be a long queue for the tickets. You can hire ice-skates at there as well. There is a bar, so you could have a short rest time to time, and later continue the skating for hours again. The music is usually silly pop songs, but you can survive them.

Good location, bad lake smell, and a bit overpriced for me as a townie. Probably good for tourits, but not for the people of Budapest. Staff was okay, the boat was okay I guess.

Great fun skating outdoors in the fresh air. The only thing was that when we bought our tickets we weren't told that the session had already started so we only got to skate for about 45mins. It was still a lot of fun though.

Best winter activity in Budapest. It can be very busy but worth to wait, super fun. After ice skating just wonder around Heroes Square.
