The chocolates and truffles are delicious. YOU MUST TRY THE GINGER TRUFFLE. The latte I had was superbe with nuts flavouring. The tea i bought was really good too. The have a nice variety of coffee from around the world as well as chocolates. They accept cards. The only problem is that they don't have toilets essential for a place that serves liquids, specially coffee.

The store is very small, but worth the wait if you can not immediately get in. This is the shop of the best chocolate manufacture in Hungary - many of their products has won international awards. Apart from the taste, packagings are also exceptional (and won design awards on their own, too). The shop organizes workshops as well, in their small factory in the 22. district - ask staff if you are interested! You can also buy 1 piece of bonbon, too, but also a huge box of chocolate... great gifts!!!

Lovely little chocolate boutique that sells artisanal chocolate bars and pralines made from single origin cocoa beans. Packaging is whimsical and cute. Quality of products is very good, offering something for every taste, may it be traditional dark chocolate or a bar flavoured with Japanese matcha. Items are ideal for gift giving or treating oneself to a delectable indulgence.

This is the chocolate. This place is a must when you visit Budapest. A tiny black shop just off University square.Their entire window display is made out of chocolate figures handmade by staff matching the season.Staff is superb, sweet, informative. Definitely try the bonbons and the candied bergamot peel.

Everything in this tiny chocolate shop is offered under their own their brand name, perfectly presented and purchases are perfectly packaged. I overheard among a party of American tourists a tip to try the white chocolate with tarragon. So i asked for a single, tiny beautiful white chocolate with tarragon (which, charmingly, was packaged the same as if i had bought many of them!) and a single origin dark chocolate bar. The chocolate is good but very expensive - it is priced on par with the premium artisanal chocolate houses of Western Europe. It is somewhere i might go if i wanted a present for someone dear rather than for myself.

Chocolate as a material is particularly inspiring. They at Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé use traditonal processes and pure ingredients to achieve the most natural flavours and apply detailed yet contemporary designs to create a memorable experience - a true piece of art.
