Here is one of the largest ranges of premium quality chocolates in Budapest, including some of the best artisanal brands, mostly from Europe, including some that are local. There are even a few brands I have not seen elsewhere - Kaora and Choco Late. There are sugar, gluten and dairy free chocolates. They also serve teas. Staff seen to lack expertise in this specialist area.
