I haven't been inside the castle, but from outside, it's so Majestic! Not only it's amazing from outside, but when you're up there, you can see the whole of Budapest and especially the Parliament and the Basilica with a very beautiful view. If you're in Hungary, it is a MUST to visit Buda Castle of course!
The Trip to Budapest is not Complete, If this place is not on your travel list. Awesome place to spend time here. Spare half day time, Go through the rich histroy behind things and cherish the memories. Dont forget to have the view of Budapest from top. Lovely gardens and statues all around.
Must visit place if you are in Budapest! And the all the refurbishment they have done is excellent and made the Castle so much nicer. Get ready for the cobble stones though ! It is not pleasant to walk on them with anything apart from trainers! The views are stunning and well worth the walk around there.
Beautiful castle at the top of the city . Few view points are there to enjoy the view of complete Budapest city. View of city from Caste looks spectacular in night, when bridges and building are lit up. Can be accessed through Bus or you can use the funicular

The castle grounds are nice, the castle itself is in poor condition and under reconstruction. It wants better shoes. The view of the city pays off
Once you in Budapest Hungary the recommended place to visit is Buda Castle in Budapest. This is very nice castle on the height of city that we can view the river, parliament building and other city area of pest side of city. We have option to go up by walk or you can take the train (ticket) to go up to visit the beauty of this place,. I spend three hours there with lifetime memories . highly recommend to visit this if you visit the Budapest.. 10/10
