I bought my wedding dress here and I was happy with the service. This was one of the few places where they had at least 1 person who could speak English. I just think they should consider 2 things: 1. Better packaging for the dress, the available options are not really ideal for transferring/packaging a wedding dress. 2. Some discount would be nice. I bought my wedding dress and accessories such as a weil and a belt. Total of 150000 ft but I still had to pay 10 euros (2990 ft) extra to get a basic 'dress cover' otherwise they would only provide a thin plastic for the dress. This is while other shops even have boxes for wedding dresses! I actually expected the cheap white cover to be at least free considering my whole purchase amount. Anyways, thank you for my dress.

If you would like to rent a tuxedo, this is the best place. They are super nice, reliable, and more important, they have reasonable prices compared to other shops (about half price). Recommended!

Nekünk is nevetséges indokkal utasították el a lányom szalagavató ruhájára kifizetett foglaló visszafizetését. Nem vitatkozunk, nem levelezgetünk tovább, hanem elindítottuk a bírósági eljárást. Bármeddig elmegyünk, nem érdekes mennyibe fog kerülni. Természetesen minden lehetséges fórumon panaszt is fogunk tenni.

Nem adják vissza a pénzt, kötelessek lennének, hiába adtam kezükbe a határozatot is. Ráadásul gyerekekről van szó, akiket becsapnak. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket, gerinctelek! Saját körük értékelik őket 5* az utóbbi pár hétben ezzel is megvezetve az embereket.

Másodszor béreljük a szalagavató ruhát a Boglárka szalonban. Mindkét alkalommal nagyon kedvesek voltak a hölgyek, segítőkészek, türelmesek. Szívből ajánlom őket!

Nem hajlandóak visszafizetni a foglaló árát, pedig a jogszabályok szerint kötelesek lennének. Én próbáltam többször is kommunikálni velük, hogy a fogyasztó védelem bevonása nélkül elintézhessük az ügyet, de sajnos ez nem sikerült. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem ezt a helyet.
