free concerts and public fights at any time of the day!
It's ok. People who work there are very polite and helpful. Yes, there are a lot of homeless people who sleep there. That's the country's problem. Nothing to scary about.. trains are Good and the ride is cheap.
Busy during the day as well as at night. Several pubs around and one of the most visited places of young travellers who crave an awesome nightlife in Budapest.
The homless make it almost unbearable to cross the underpass. However Blaha is a very convenient meeting point with lots of options to eat, drink or shop. The stops for the public transport are all across the square so even at night you likely find something that can take you home.
Dohany utca (street) is a very central city location...walking distance to all attractions...close to the party district (Gozsdu Udvar) The Continental Hotel Budapest is a great value to the street. The Great Synagogue is in Dohany Street. Alot of pubs, bars and restaurants are located nearby...
This place is a dump. It smells very bad and there are unfortunately lots of homeless people living here. Some of them crowd the ticket machines and beg for money from those buying tickets. I wish the Budapest government would help their homeless population more so that they did not have to live here or harass people for money.
this is one of the main squares in budapest , you can find the metro line 2 in the subway and with that metro you can go to main parts of the city
