I have been getting haircuts at this particular shop every 3 weeks for a year and today I showed up for my appointment and was told it was cancelled. They claimed to not have had my phone number, but I got a confirmation text just hours before the cut. I am leaving a review because I am generally very disappointed in the cuts recently, and the customer service. They are getting sloppy and a little snobby. Especially with the new receptionist ladies. I am so disappointed and upset, and hope that one day I can give them another chance. It’s completely hit or miss at this place. They need to get their act together and take things a little more seriously. I’m looking for another barber, which is a really “un-fun” prospect. Update:I have recently started getting my hair cut here again, and it looks like they have gotten their act together. Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars.
