Good products and quick service. The only problem for me were the accessibility of the customer service: i’ve tried to call them. many times, 7-times a day - no answer. On the 2nd or 3rd day a lady finally answered the call so i could ask them to postpone the in-store pickup 2 days longer. Parking in front of the store- take care of the service hours, i guess until 6pm on workdays.

Fraud seller. I bought a really expensive Samsung TV from them. It broke down after 1.5 years. Unfortunately I lost my invoice. AV Planet would not provide an invoice copy (by law they are required to do this for 5 years) because they are ew owners\ and \don't have access to historical records that belong to old owners\. They change company ownership every year to to write off inventory. Probably VAT fraud. Avoid at all costs!!!

Sikerült jó áron venni amit kerestem. A kiszolgálás viszont gáz. Aki ennyire utálja az életét mint az eladó az üzletben az ne dolgozzon ilyen helyen, vagy tegyen valamit a (meg)boldogulása érdekében... én csak nevetek az ilyen savanyú arcokon, de van akinek rosszúl esik és zavarja. Nem túl jó üzletpolitika
